I read the article about N. Wildwood possibly going to county dispatch and one reason the Mayor cited was not being able to find the extra help in the summer. It’s a stressful job, did you ever think to pay people what it’s worth? Why would someone work such a stressful job for the same amount they can work at Walmart? Not saying Walmart doesn’t have its own stressors but clearly a difference.
