I live down here year round. Just blocks from the bay. I love my home! I own my home, I own my vehicles, and I have play toys... It's all on how you spend your money. You make extra payments, you don't splurge on pools, concerts, ball games, beach chairs umbrellas hammocks, all things you don't need. And when your older.... you get to enjoy that you've worked to pay off things and that's when you get to buy things and enjoy life, and LIVE.
