Not to worry, I live in North Cape May too and the "junkyards" are either year-round renters or local talent that will eventually be replaced by good, caring folks that are buying up these properties and turning them and the neighborhood into "gems". Give code enforcement a call or email them at township hall and they will investigate the problem for you. No one wants to live next to sloppy neighbors.
