We stayed in a small Stone Harbor cottage last summer. It was a dump but the only thing available for an entire summer rental. Two bedrooms one bath and a tiny loft for a ton of money. When you used the toaster you couldn’t run any other appliances or the breakers would trip. When you ran the washer the light in the bathroom would dim. The kitchen stove had no exhaust fan so you had to open a window when you cooked.. It had no charm….. but at least the AC worked. It is a fire hazard, we don’t know how it passed inspection for a rental. Be happy when owners tear them down!
