Re: a new house going up at Queen and Kearny, zoning should not allow these things: 1. Setback minimums front and side yards (4 ft?), 2. Lot coverage (looks like 70%!) and 3. height (looks like 60 ft. vs 35 ft. maximum allowed). This house makes the nearby homes look like miniature houses.
