When are the marine police going to do something about people operating boats and drinking? We live on Ottens Harbor and it’s impossible on the weekends to operate a boat safely due to all the drunks there. They are there all day and drink all day they’re swimming in the boat slips. They’re swimming in the middle of the harbor Arguments over boat slips, and all the people in the middle of the intercoastal waterway is ridiculous and they’re all drinking. The police need to do something about this. It’s impossible to navigate safely through the harbor. It’s out of control.
