Can someone explain why Avalon, a town that limits private irrigation of lawns/greenery to the hours of midnight through 9AM, chooses to turn massive sprinklers on at the public parks at 7:30PM? People are playing in the park. Do they hate enjoyment of life? I have seen multiple children crying. What is your defense Avalon? I don't think your argument will hold water.
