I am sick to death of no one following any common sense laws and rules. Bicycles are to be off of the boardwalk by noon. Bicycles are just riding on the sidewalks all the time now- tough luck for strollers and dogs, they come right up behind you and ask you to move! No turn signals for any cars these days. Golf carts everywhere. The police cannot keep up.
