Whose idea was it to create a bottle neck on Rt 47 between Shoprite and US Gas? Westbound, three lanes of traffic going to one for a few blocks then becoming two again? Is there a logical reason for this or was it just poor road planning? The traffic, along with the shopping centers have grown, the roads haven't.
