Biden says he and the democrats want to cap rent increases at 5%. Sounds good. Would they also cap the owners expenses like maintenance, insurance and property taxes at 5%? Landlords not allowed to make money and be required to lose money like when Biden told renters they didn't have to pay rent for more than a year but landlords still had to pay for everything? Democrats are really good at giving away other people's money.
