I want to thank the North Wildwood Police and Beach Patrol for helping me and a pup who got tangled in a fisherman's UMBRELLA RIG. Sh was impaled with 15 hooks from her mouth to her front legs. Vet worked on her for 1.5 hrs. in surgery. Fisherman had this device in his tackle box opened on the beach ground. One could not even see this tackle box. And.... this could have been a child. Fisherman, of course did not offer help. People on the beach were so helpful too. So my motto: for every louse ,there are probably 25 good souls. Im encouraged about humankind.Thank you to everyone who helped.
