Biden did a great news conference. I was pleased to hear that he is planning on stopping landlords from raising rents so high. He's going to put a 5% cap on it. The rents especially in Wildwood are outrageous to begin with and now they are 30% more than last year. How do landlords expect people that live here to pay rent like that.The only time you can get extra work here is when the boardwalk opens for the summer.Not only are families struggling to survive ,seniors that can no longer work ,are stressed out with rent increases theyt can't afford to pay.
