You can tell for sure that Summer is here as our highways into shore towns of Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor are littered with trash following the exits of our visitors. Police could help our budget by ticketing people who are throwing trash out their windows. This is also contaminating some water ways because if it is windy the trash doesn't stay on side of road but gets into our water ways.
