Sea Isle City instead of blaming the P.D. for the teens maybe the City needs to pass an Ordinance regarding the teens causing trouble at the Promenade it's time to take their phones!! The parents with the teen have to go to the P.D. to retrieve the phone back! Then the teen will have to do a community service, mow a neighbor s lawn, run an errand for an elderly person, go to a library read books to young children, etc. use your imagination! Write up an one page essay regarding your job and what it meant to you! If not done then Mom and Dad or Grandma, Grandpa pay a 5000.00 fine! Resolved!
