Sea Isle City regarding the spouter the Chief of Police does an excellent job! Where are the parents who should know their children's surroundings! It's the parents responsibility their own children! It comes from HOME first! Don't blame it on the P.D. start issuing tickets to the parents and guess what you will see who will straighten up! It's the ONLY way! It's out of control! The PARENTS should do community service! Pass an Ordinance S.I. or close the Promenade at 8 p.m. Hope this will alleviate the prob!
