Wind Chimers, yes dogs bark, children scream and leaf blowers blow but the difference between them being noisy and wind chimes is ... One becomes just at night and the other one doesn't. Leaf blowers stop blowing, kids and dogs go to bed but wind chimes keep chiming. Most people like sleeping at night and some can't sleep through them. Since people shut off leaf blowers and put their children and dogs to sleep maybe you could put your wind chimes away at night? It's only fair. For the dog owners, there is a law about dogs barking all day, look it up. Let's all be considerate of each other.
