Rut Ro Scooby Doo after last summer here in Wildwood with the power going out multiple times all while we pay the highest rates for electricity in the state. This summer started with MDW and the youth thugs take over of the boardwalk and some streets. Now we have a major water main break on Park Boulevard days before the 4th of July holiday . So what's next power outages because that work is not done yet or maybe a sewage plant or pipes issue? This city needs a clerk of the works to look over everything going on from code enforcement to looking over all projects in the city.
