Now that all of the dredging and beach replenishment companies have caught on and use screening devices to run product through (must be a good reason for it because it adds a lot of time and money to the entity) the "screens" should be monitored for marine/naval/shipping artifacts and precious metals of any kind as to not avoid the tax man
