A stabbing on the OC Boardwalk is just latest indication that NJ’s laws concerning the handling of juvenile offenders is a total failure. The police are even at risk for prosecution if they try to investigate certain juvenile matters. It is insanity and it will only result in more and more serious incidents. Are there no intelligent politicians who have the nerve to revise and or repeal these ridiculous laws.
