Sea Isle City regarding the Spouter saying the Mayor has been here 50 plus years no one knew him! Maybe on weekends not year round years later he lived full time in S.I. He was from N.J. His fam purchased a establishment at a very cheap rate! The father of the two sons who needed money at the time has to be rolling in his grave what it was sold for.
