The store owners have been loudly complaining since last year that the Park Mobile system has caused them to lose tons of business, and yet at the most recent council meeting, Jill Lehman, owner of Shorely Chic said that last year "most stores had their best year yet" (approx. minute 53 of the video). Funny how their narrative changes based on what they're angling for at any given moment.
