Re: The Middle Township comment that in every neighborhood there are one or two properties that are unkept and why can't they take the time to keep their properties neat. If you look closer, these unkept properties are no doubt, year-round rentals. This is why folks that owned properties that were year-round rentals have turned to short term rentals like Airbnb and VRBO. These properties are well kept, and guest reviews are important. The day of the long-term rental is fading away. So be it.
