Beach replenishment was absolutely necessary this year as our beaches were literally gone. I am concerned about the quality of the job by the Army Corps of Engineers. We are already seeing the beginning of “ cliffs’ between the beach and ocean at low tide. I assume that it will take time for the tides and future storms to smooth things out but the town should review the situation before the dredge team leaves town.
