In 1968 the SDS was invading colleges and trying to close them down as a protest against the Vietnam war. When it happened at Montclair State, The President of the college wisely had all students vote on whether or not to close the school. The students voted to keep the college open. I personally think US citizens have a right to protest and let their feelings known, but I think no one has the right to set up a tent city or try to shut down a college. I think only students should be allowed on campuses and not outsiders.
