The patch jobs on Stone Harbor roads are getting out of control. Second and Third avenues, and now 96th street are undrivable. The joke at the local mechanic is that Stone Harbor roads pay his bills. He is not wrong. Pave the roads properly, quit cutting corners with patch jobs. Enough is enough.
