After watching the commissioner‘s meeting recently, we seem to have some finger pointing on who’s overseeing the construction of the lifeguard building. Apparently the commissioner is now blaming the engineer. Take ownership, sir, you went over budget and listened to the wrong people instead of the taxpayers!
