I don't understand with everyone turning their homes into a air bnb's, how are the young adults who are graduating high school supposed to get started?. You are leaving nothing for your and the next generations to rent and get started. With the prices of living now they can not afford to buy a home so how are they supposed to leave home and start they're lives? I mean come on think of the graduates out of college and such. New marriages, New family starts.
