We all know what’s happening in NY, and we all know that the outcome will be. It doesn’t matter what those on the left say, it’s not over until the appeals process has run its course. Once their desired result is achieved, I have no doubt an attempt will be made to ram this through the appeals process, again denying the defendant his due process rights. There’s a reason the appeals process takes so long. Information from trial must be analyzed in order to formulate the appeal. New evidence may come to light. Remember, this case was rejected by DOJ and southern district before for many reasons.
