Re: The North Wildwood comment on having moved so many times and there isn't much to choose from as far as year-round rentals go. There is good reason for that. The track record on year-round renters is not good. They do not take care of the properties and too many times have to be evicted. I own several very nice properties in the area, and they are now Airbnb's. Short term rentals are the way to go. Too many year-round renters created their own problems and now they are paying the price. Hope you can find a place to call home.
