As a Upper Township resident . 3 townships in CMC and 2 of 3 have effective Police Forces, Upper Twp relies on State Police and Upper is only one with a Beach front community where drug use is high all summer. Why, does State allows a township as large as Upper not to have a Police Force? Who in Trenton is getting paid off? Criminals recognize they have huge advantage when they commit crimes in Upper.Why are our State elected Senators allowing this to go on?
