I’ve lived here for 21 years. I have moved 23 times. I’ve lived in bad and good areas. I know what’s out there., I talk to realtors. Everyone's bnbs stuff. There’s nothing left on the Island as a rental year round for workers. Does anyone see this? I’m secured, for a while. It’s hard for workers to live here. There aren’t options for quality housing? Where do the J-1Visa’s go? Where will they stay? Mag houses and the Arlington? Geez. I’d rather camp on the Beach.
