In response to people concerned with high intensity lighting shining onto their homes/windows in Lower Twp. The condition is known as "nuisance lighting" or "lighting pollution" in the US. A neighbor's lights should not violate your RIGHT to the peaceful enjoyment of your property, and recently, I've had Code Enforcement correct someone on that score.
