For most Americans, the best way to deal with Donald Trump is to ignore him, starve him of the attention he craves. But after watching a recent two-hour Trump rally speech, I think that that ignoring Trump gives him the benefit of people not noticing that he is darker, more deranged, more diminished and suffering more from dementia than ever.
