I’ve been reading with interest Spouts regarding the idea of implementing a toll on the 96th Street bridge entering Stone Harbor. Those on both sides of the issue make excellent points but opinions seem to be solidly split. I would like to propose a compromise wherein only vehicles from Pennsylvania are charged a toll. This would raise needed revenues and increase public safety by decreasing the number of well-meaning but less than competent PA drivers on our roads.
