Mood doesn’t sell Cannabis they sell Delta 8 & 9 products that you can buy at any vape shop in this county. It’s hemp with 1% THC, that’s legal and was passed in the 2018 farm bill. Cannabis dispensaries THC percentages are way higher. This is another case of not in my mailbox/backyard syndrome.
