To the sea isle 2nd HOUSE owner: 1. It’s not a Home for you it’s called a 2nd HOUSE, can’t live in 2 houses at the same time and a Home is where you live. To make it simpler your driver’s license will tell you where your Home is. 2. If you don’t like the rules then sell your house. Preferably cheap to a young couple or family that wants to live there year round. It’d be much appreciated.
