Cape May County Zoo: 1,400 parking spaces for Zoo visitors most of which aren't even living in CMC at a cost of $6,000,000. I know the local politicians can quote figures that say the CMC Taxpayers can expect hugh returns on the investment. My problem is how the park survives on donations? An article recently in the Herald quoted that the CMC Taxpyers are the major source of funding at over $2,000,000.The driving force in my opinion are the business owners, some of which are the Politicians in CMC that dream up these ideas. Start charging at the gate to help the taxpayers out .
