Cape May spouter, it's sad to drive around Avalon now. All the mom and pop businesses gone. Most of my friends have sold and left the island. I guess the local 5 and 10 will have to sell Versace to survive. Now it's filled with bougie Avalon Karen's and pickleball, the illigitimate child of wiffleball.
