To the Sea Isle spouter spouting that the public works department in the summer doesn’t work After 3 pm, . No one picking up trash no one cleaning up the beach. Those assigned to beach are working early in the morning cleaning the beaches everyday when I do my morning walks. The beaches are too crowded to clean the beach in the afternoon. And isn’t city hall open later now and on certain Saturdays? So what your saying is the only department that works til 3 is the rec department?
