Just some spouter advice: If you want to say that Trump needs to be kept off of the ballot because he engaged in an insurrection - it would probably be prudent to actually charge him under 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection. That won't happen because they would be forced to provide evidence instead of talking points and preening for the cameras.
