A North Cape May Spouter asks if we have read the U.S. Constitution. The Spouter claims that the Founding Fathers created a Constitution that assures that all Americans have God-given rights. Apparently the Spouter himself/herself has not read the document. NOWHERE in the Constitution is God mentioned.
