Much has been written about the New Police Station and Historic A.M.E. Church that appears to have community support. When will the public have the opportunity to see the designs and estimates of costs. When will each project go out for bid and start? These are City assets and the City residents and taxpayers must see and approve the projects. Hope they are not' like the road projects - CONFUSION
