Checking my mail on busy route 9, a car passed on the right shoulder and almost hit me. Curbs and sidewalks would have saved me, but on the west side side of 9, the sidewalks are not finished between Shellbay and Johnstown Lane, and when I get hit, I will be no more. Give ME mail and sidewalks. A few more NO STOPPING OR STANDING signs would ease my pain.
