I used 7400 gallons of water last quarter. I pay $175 for 10,000 gallons of water a quarter. Does this mean I get credit for 2600 gallons ? If I go over 10,000 gallons next quarter? If not it’s like paying for 50 gallons of gas & only getting 20 gallons of gas . What a Rip off. Time for a civil suit Del Haven
