Is it possible to designate small town mayors/leaders? Maybe, just maybe there's a better way of governing in Lower Township. The current Mayor is good but is he overwhelmed? Lower is becoming extremely popular. I wonder how it would work if we placed various town leaders in charge of the smaller towns, i.e.: Erma, Villas, Town Bank etc.... These leaders would work with the Mayor of the Township for what the smaller communities need/want.
