To the Wildwood Spouter re: cars parked all winter...City of Wildwood ordinance Chapter 3, Section 8 deals with abandoned vehicles. Any car parked on a public street is considered abandoned if it sits idle for 5 days. All you have to do is call code enforcement, they will chalk the tires, come back in 5 days, and issue a ticket. If it sits for months, they may tow it. Teach your inconsiderate neighbor a lesson and call code enforcement.
