To the lazy person who keeps leaving dog stool in bags outside my property. What’s the purpose of bagging it just to leave it for someone else to pick up? Inconsiderate. A hefty fine should solve the issue. I have cameras now surrounding my home. Make sure you smile for LTPD because it is a violation of the local ordinance, it’s also disgusting.
