Latest new "business" trend are "detailing" outfits that pull up on a city street in front of other businesses and homes, and take up 40+ ft. with their noisy trucks and generators "detailing" other vehicles, blocking sidewalks and spraying grit everywhere. This has to be about a half dozen violations in one, yet the police and inspectors do nothing.
