Cape May Court House

Stone Harbor borough is going to pilot a beach-scraping project where sand is taken from the low-tide water line and moved to the dry beach as a means of combating erosion. Combating beach erosion by putting more sand on the beach is an expensive folly the state spends millions on each year. And Each year it proves insufficient to solve the problem. Near to shore sand bars that can diffuse some of the wave energy has been shown to be a better approach. How about a limited scale trial to explore the possibilities. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0964569118310329
