I am a licensed drone operator. It is very easy and legal to fly down the dune lines of Avalon and see all the unlawful encroachment and desecration of the dune environment. How Avalon construction officials missed what is going is inexcusable. It was that egregious. There are currently many pool builds on the bay which are not conforming as well. What is going on in the Avalon management day to day? Especially the business and construction office.
